New roof with architecture shakes.
This bathroom project started as a simple surround and new tile floor.  When we pulled up the tile, we found a wet floor and rotted wood.

Our clients
did get the

wished for!
This page shows some of the projects we have had the opportunity to be the contractors on.  We
dedicate this page to our wonderful and patient clients.
Good Samaritan Chapel/Activity Room Project.
As you can see, we removed everything from the room, including a window.  We built an office for the Activity Director with a small closet beside it for storage.  Once a
month the Larimore Good Samaritan Center has a breakfast and now they have more room to cook - mmmmm.  This area is also used for church services for all
denominations.  The soffit was built for soft lighting used to shine on the altar.

This garage is a 30 x 32 with a 14 x 30 x 7 attic space for storage.  Our client wanted room to create projects and have space for vehicles too.

We also do minor repair work.  The soap dish
and faucet edge of the surround was leaking
down the wall and into the basement. The tile
in the surround was obsolete.  We
incorporated some of the room colors and
created a pattern using available tile.  Our
client was told by a previous contractor that
they had to replace  the entire tile surround
and it would have cost them over $2,000.  We
fixed it for $75.
Kitchen remodel.  All the cupboards were removed and our client  had removed old
wallpaper and painted before hand.  They were involved all the way!  We encourage
questions and suggestions.
